The Fitzpatrick Hotel: Charming
This is a very comfortable, clean, restored hotel. It was a real treat to stay here. I would absolutely go back. The price was incredibly low.
The breakfast which is included in the price and was very good and filling for your day at the golf course.
It is 45 minutes to an hour away from Augusta National Golf Club.

Anywhere in Columbia, SC: A little further, but worth the savings
We decided to book outside of Augusta, GA, during the Masters in order to save a quit a few dollars. We stayed in Columbia SC - about 40 minutes down Interstate 20. Not much of a hassle at all, and instead of paying $300 a night, it cost about $300 for the five days total.
Nothing unique, just a place to lay your head.

Private Homes: Rent a House
This seemed to be the best place to put this particular accomodation tip. Many people rent their homes during Master's Week.
They rent to individuals and to large corporations. You can find out more about this by contacting the Augusta's Visitor Information Center: 706-724-4067
