The owners of the home Ruth and Skip are friendly older couple. They have lived in the area for over 40 years so you can ask them about things to do and places to eat and they have information on most anything around. We stayed in the Library room. Obviously plenty of books on the walls and a comfortable room. Our little one's cot fit on the floor beside the bed so all 3 of us were able to fit in the room. Living area and bedroom were neat. Breakfast was a variety to handle most tastes. Hot Oatmeal with side items you could add like dried fruit and nuts. Granolas, and cereals appropriate to a 2 yr olds taste. Fresh fruit, salmon with capers, hard boiled eggs, meats and cheese and an apple cake one morning. Be warned Skip is an avid Ohio State fan. We had no complaints about our stay there.

Unique Quality: Nice view out to the Marblehead Harbor. The "neck" where the inn is located is mainly residential and easy for those who want early morning walks or runs to go out on the road and have a quiet workout.

Directions: On the main road through the "Neck" called Harbor Ave. If taking 114 to Marblehead you will turn right onto Ocean Avenue and that turns into Harbor ave as you cross the causeway. The Inn is right before a roundabout of sorts.
