You can get FANTASTIC deals on Hackensack area hotels by using and You won't believe that you can get into 3-star places like the Marriott Glenpointe, Hilton Hasbrouck Heights, etc. so CHEAP. I've stayed in concierge-level rooms with rack rates as high as $325 by bidding only $60 -- I'm serious!<br/>It's expensive only when you don't do smart comparison shopping. Cheaper on weekends because Hackensack caters to business traffic not tourists.

Ask for rooms on a upper floor and get access to the concierge levels. They're not so popular since the terrorist attacks, and the concierges are sitting around with little to do. Typically, the concierge lounges offer a free continental breakfast buffet in the morning and hors d'oeuvres with an honor bar in the early evening. Why let all that food go to waste?
