We loved the hotel's fantastic location right by the Insurgentes train station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which added to our pleasant experience. We appreciated the cleanliness of both the common areas and our room, and having numerous cafes and restaurants within walking distance was a huge plus for our meals.
