The cleanliness of our room was impressive, with it being immaculate each day, while the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and a lovely evening meal, both served with excellent service.

I was really impressed with this hotel; it was exceptionally clean, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient for shopping and exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and I loved the full Cumbrian breakfast, which set me up for each day. Plus, my dog was treated wonderfully with a sausage at breakfast and even had a cozy blanket waiting in the room.
