I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where the cleanliness was top-notch and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The views of the volcano from my room and the hot bath were absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise. Breakfast was a lavish buffet offering plenty of delicious options, and there are great shopping spots within walking distance, which made exploring the area so easy.
