the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were genuinely exceptional, especially Salma, who graciously accommodated my early check-in. The location was perfect, with convenient access to the mall via a sky bridge. Plus, the breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, making every morning enjoyable.

every corner was immaculate, which really impressed me. The staff were exceptional, with Manager Borham going above and beyond to ensure guests felt pampered. The facilities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch and made my relaxation a priority. I also appreciated the location, as it provided convenient access to shopping and entertainment, including the iconic fountains nearby.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; Jariah and Salma at the reception were especially outstanding. Not to mention, the location is superb, only a short walk to a major shopping destination, which was super convenient for exploring the area.
