I loved the serene location surrounded by lush gardens and the Sarapiqui River, which attracted beautiful local birds. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring our room was spotless and helping us with reservations for activities like white-water rafting. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a lovely swimming pool and nature trails, making it easy to explore the extensive grounds.

We loved the cleanliness and helpful staff. The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings with extensive grounds. Birds frequently visited, adding to the charm. The pool was lovely, and the breakfast was tasty, especially the chicken sandwiches. They even made pancakes for our kids when requested.
