We loved the location. The hotel is super close to Paddington station and Hyde Park, making it easy to explore the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which added to our positive experience. The hotel was clean, and we appreciated the comfortable beds after long days of exploring. Plus, we enjoyed the breakfast options available to kickstart our mornings.

It was close to the tube and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. My room was clean and quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. I particularly enjoyed the powerful shower.
