The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Sai, who went above and beyond to assist me. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions while still being in a quiet area. I also appreciated the quality of the bed and the excellent shower, which added to my overall experience.

We loved the cleanliness and the friendly staff. The location is perfect, across from the National Press Club and close to the Kingston Foreshore. Free parking until 8:30 am was a bonus. The hotel facilities, like the library on level 5, were great for work, and we appreciated the thoughtful design in our compact room.

The facilities exceeded my expectations, especially the wonderful lounge with snacks and drinks and the impressive shower in my cozy room. It was also convenient to have ample parking available, making it easy to navigate around this city and explore nearby attractions.
