We were impressed by the cleanliness and friendly staff, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, being close to Mount Rushmore and surrounded by Black Hills activities. The hotel offered great facilities, including a lovely pool and the convenience of a restaurant and gift shop nearby. We also enjoyed the unexpected continental breakfast, which added to our delightful stay.
