I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, especially with the cleanliness and the stunning view of the Bund from my room. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, with Carrie from the restaurant being exceptionally polite and attentive. the hotel facilities were top-notch, making it feel like a real home away from home.
