We loved the hotel's ideal location, making it easy to walk to everything in the downtown area, including the waterfront park and fantastic shops on King Street. The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to assist us, especially at the lobby bar, where we enjoyed delicious cocktails. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere along with a beautiful view. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, enhancing our overall experience.
