the cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, always ready to assist. The onsen facilities were fantastic, offering both private and public options that truly enhanced my relaxation. I loved the food, especially the kaiseki dinner, which was both delicious and beautifully presented. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near the Ninotaira bus station, making transportation a breeze.

The facilities were exceptional, particularly the multiple onsen options and the serene outdoor baths surrounded by nature. I loved the convenience of the free shuttle service from the station, which made my arrival and departure seamless. Plus, every detail, from the fresh coffee beans and grinder in my room to the delightful kaiseki meals during dinner, added to the overall charm.
