I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, enjoying its proximity to both public transportation and key attractions. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and my room was spacious, complete with kitchen facilities, which made our stay even more comfortable. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the peaceful neighborhood allowed for a nice retreat amidst the hustle and bustle.

We really enjoyed the spacious room which was perfect for our family, and having a washing machine was a lovely bonus. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially a Filipina receptionist named Marjorie who went out of her way to help us. We loved the hotel's location, as it was close to subway stations, making it easy to explore the city.

The location was superb, with convenient access to various train lines, making it easy to explore major attractions. I particularly appreciated the in-room facilities like the washer/dryer combo, which was perfect for our family, enabling us to pack lighter for our trip.
