The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us in arranging a taxi to the airport on the early morning of Boxing Day, making our travel hassle-free. The hotel was immaculate; we appreciated the cleanliness all around, and the delightful large jar of sweets at the front counter was a charming touch that added to our experience.
