The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond in providing service, ensuring I felt comfortable despite the language barrier. The onsen facilities, particularly the outdoor baths with breathtaking mountain views, were incredibly relaxing. Plus, the shuttle service was a game-changer, making transitions to Kamikochi and other areas seamless.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, enjoying the breathtaking views and excellent location for visiting Kamikochi National Park and climbing Mount Yake Dake. The staff was incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English, making our experience feel very welcoming. The rooms were clean and cozy, and both breakfast and dinner featured delicious, home-cooked meals.

We loved how clean the hotel was and the amazing staff who went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. The location is fantastic, as it's very close to the bus terminal and the beautiful national park, making our hikes super convenient. Plus, the meals were delicious and catered to our dietary needs, which was a nice surprise!
