I loved the hotel's cleanliness and fantastic facilities, especially the relaxing onsen and gorgeous views. The staff provided exceptional service, going out of their way to make me feel welcome, including a complimentary shuttle to the nearby train station. Plus, enjoying a delicious breakfast while dressed in yukata added to the overall experience.

The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the train station, and the shuttle service to the Arima-Rokko Ropeway station made exploring so easy. The cleanliness of the facilities, especially the onsens, was impeccable, and I really appreciated the clear instructions provided to help everyone maintain the space.
