We loved the hotel's location, as it was incredibly close to the bus terminal and just a short walk to major attractions like the castle and shopping areas. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the check-in and check-out processes were seamless. the soundproofing in our room was impressive, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful night despite nearby festivities.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating; they quickly resolved my air-con issue by offering me a larger room. the cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the check-in and check-out processes were seamless.
