I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, especially because of the perfect location for my passport pickup. The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel welcomed immediately. My room for three adults featured comfortable beds, exceptional cleanliness, and a luxurious washroom. I also loved the breakfast, which had a fantastic variety of Venezuelan dishes, and the beautiful terrace offered a stunning view of the mountains, making each meal a delight.
