The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting guests with warm smiles and attentive service, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The variety of dining options was impressive, and I loved the flexibility of being able to dine at different restaurants without rigid reservations. I also appreciated the transportation to explore nearby areas, like the stunning island of Holbox, providing an opportunity to explore on golf buggies.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel, where the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The food at the Blue Moon restaurant was outstanding, especially the signature dishes that left a lasting impression. the location was convenient, being just a short drive from the airport and close to the vibrant city center, which allowed me to explore easily.
