The location by the backwaters was stunning, with a private jetty for boat pickups. Our room was spotless and the staff, especially Bipin at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and well-prepared, and the breakfast options were good for both Keralan favorites and simple toast.

We loved the clean rooms and beautiful location by the backwaters. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Mr Rinosh at the front desk. Transportation arrangements were smooth, and the food from the a-la-carte menu was delicious. Breakfast was limited but tasty, with a nice mix of Indian and continental options.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, as the location was fantastic and surrounded by the serene backwaters. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, arranging shikara rides on arrival and even early morning canoe trips for us. The cleanliness of the rooms and the beautifully groomed gardens added to the peaceful ambiance, while breakfast with a view of the lake made our mornings truly delightful.
