I had an amazing experience at the hotel, thanks to the incredibly attentive staff, especially the manager, Yocairy Nunez, who was always responsive and made sure my family had a memorable stay. The beach was simply stunning, with plenty of clean sun beds available, making it perfect for a relaxing day by the water. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms; they smelled fresh and were well-maintained throughout our visit.

The catamaran excursion to Cayo Arena was a highlight, thanks to attentive staff like Jersen.
