We had a lovely stay at the hotel, enjoying the convenient location, which was very close to Carowinds. The breakfast spread was impressive and definitely added to our experience, while the staff, especially the friendly Guest Services Representative, made us feel welcome. We also appreciated the cleanliness of our room and the nice indoor pool, which was great for the kids.
