I had a great experience at the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful with local recommendations. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro, Lotte Mall, and plenty of highly rated restaurants. My room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated the amenities like laundry facilities and microwaves.
