We loved the hotel's prime location right on Calle Santander, providing easy access to various restaurants and shops in the heart of the city. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, and we appreciated the hotel’s lovely facilities, especially the thermal pools and sauna, which were perfect for unwinding after exploring. Breakfast was delicious, offering plenty of choices to fuel our day, and the staff, particularly Alma at the front desk, was exceptionally kind and accommodating.

The location was fantastic, situated right on the main tourist road and just a short walk from the pier, making it easy to explore the surrounding villages around the lake.
