We loved the fantastic location of the hotel, which allowed us to easily explore Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and the shopping area. The staff provided great service and were particularly helpful at reception, making our stay even more pleasant. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, and we enjoyed a tasty breakfast that kick-started our mornings perfectly.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed having breakfast served until noon, which made mornings easy.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options from early morning until noon, ensuring we had plenty of fuel for our explorations. our room was spotless and featured a wonderfully comfortable bed that made it hard to get up in the mornings!
