The staff were attentive and genuinely kind, going out of their way to assist me with anything I needed. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the lovely Southwestern decor, which added a special charm to my experience.

I loved the prime location of the hotel, as it was just steps from the plaza, making it easy to explore all that this city has to offer. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind, going above and beyond, like when they quickly searched for bananas for my husband when he fell ill. The cleanliness of my room was impressive, and I can't emphasize enough how comfortable the bed and pillows were, providing the perfect space to rest and work.
