We loved the warm hospitality of the staff, who were always ready to help with specific questions and offered fantastic suggestions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and we really appreciated having our own ensuite bathroom. The kaiseki dinner was a highlight for us, as the waiters patiently described each dish, enhancing the dining experience. the on-site public baths were a relaxing treat after a day of exploring.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, as the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with my luggage and provide excellent service. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and I loved the traditional style, complete with fresh linens and yukatas every day. Conveniently located, I could easily access all local attractions, and the snacks and tea upon arrival were a delightful touch.

it was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The transportation was a breeze, being conveniently located down a busy narrow street from the train station. I was impressed by the delicious breakfast, and the traditional Japanese sliding doors provided an authentic experience that made me feel at home.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel, where the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and they spoke excellent English. The rooms were immaculately clean and beautifully arranged, and we appreciated the yukatas provided for our stay. The onsen on the top floor offered a serene escape, especially since we enjoyed it privately. the hotel's location made it easy to access public transport and explore nearby attractions.
