The staff was another highlight; they were friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond, especially Jo at the guest relations desk who helped with various arrangements like flights and local tips. The spa services were also top-notch, with quality massages that left me feeling completely relaxed, and the hotel facilities, including the coral reef beach, were simply stunning.
