I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, where the cleanliness was outstanding and the facilities were top-notch. The large, well-maintained rooms made my stay comfortable, and I was especially impressed by the friendliness of the staff, particularly Bassent and Magdy. Ms. Elena, the guest relationship manager, and Mr Mahmoud, the restaurant manager, along with GM Mr Wael, contributed significantly to making my experience memorable.
