The staff truly exceeded our expectations with their responsive service; they quickly assisted us with extra linens and even helped arrange transportation when we faced language barriers. The hotel facilities, including a full-sized fridge and washing machine, made our long-term travel much more convenient, and the complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise.
