We loved the hotel's cleanliness and modern facilities; everything was spotless, and the decor was beautiful. The location was fantastic, as it was very close to a tube stop that conveniently took us right into the city.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, especially because of its amazing location near the South Kensington station, making transportation a breeze. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always available to assist with any requests. I also loved the clean and beautifully decorated room, which had great amenities such as a Nespresso machine and ample storage for my bags. The breakfast was delightful, with a lovely communal area for dining.
