I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and the friendly staff, particularly at reception. The location is unbeatable, as it's just steps away from Jalan Alor and Changkat Road, making it easy to explore vibrant nightlife and delicious street food.

The cleanliness was excellent, and our room was always spotless. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. The location is fantastic, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and getting around with public transport was a breeze.

We loved the vibrant location, as it provided easy access to all the lively bars on the main street and was just a short stroll to the shopping mile. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, ensuring a warm welcome throughout our stay, and the comfortable king-size bed was one of the best we've ever experienced. While the property showed some signs of age, it was generally well-maintained and had a welcoming ambiance that added to our experience.
