The location is exceptional, right at the entrance to Charing Cross and Embankment tube stations. The staff were friendly and even surprised me with birthday cake in my room. The breakfast was delightful, with plenty of options including vegan choices. My room was quiet and very comfortable, making for a perfect night's sleep.
