The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive; they made me feel at home. I loved the cleanliness and the daily room service. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Mayan ruins and beautiful beaches. The swimming pools were a fantastic bonus. Plus, the all-inclusive food and drinks were delicious, especially the sushi!
