I really appreciated the pristine cleanliness and the fantastic location of the hotel, which is perfectly positioned on top of the mountain, providing easy access to skiing slopes and beautiful views. The staff was exceedingly helpful, with special mentions to Serpil, who made our check-in process seamless and ensured all my needs were catered to throughout my stay. the complimentary parking added a nice touch to the convenience of our trip.
