We enjoyed the hotel's fantastic location, as it was close to Macy's, subways, and just a short walk to Bryant Park and Fifth Avenue shops. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to our delightful stay. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had wonderful amenities like comfortable bedding and great bathroom facilities.
