The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our condo was modern and spotless, with comfortable beds and fluffy towels. We enjoyed the excellent hotel facilities, especially the indoor pool and the hot tub. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the gondola, and the complimentary snacks and coffee were a nice touch.
