I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, which boasts a stunning location right by the train station, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and I enjoyed a delightful buffet breakfast that offered a great variety of options. The hotel facilities included a lovely lounge where I could relax, and the swimming pool was an unexpected treat that added to the experience.

The breakfast was delightful, offering a self-service Full English alongside continental options, all served on heated plates—a lovely touch. the location is ideal, being in the heart of the city with easy access to parks, restaurants, and attractions like the Opera House.

The staff members were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring we felt at home throughout our visit. We loved the cleanliness of our large family room, which featured comfortable bedding, providing us with a restful night's sleep. Even the beautiful restaurant offered a delightful atmosphere to enjoy a glass of wine in the grand conservatory.

We loved the impressive location of the hotel, which was conveniently close to the station and just a short walk into town with plenty of local eateries. The cleanliness throughout our stay was outstanding, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome. the parking was affordable at £5 for 24 hours, which was a nice bonus.
