The cleanliness was top-notch, and my room was spacious and comfortable. The facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, were excellent. I loved the convenience of having a shopping mall right downstairs. Transportation was easy with grab taxis readily available.

We were really impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and the excellent facilities, especially our spacious premier room on the 23rd floor. The Bluetooth soundbar added a nice touch, creating a fantastic atmosphere while we relaxed.

I had a great experience at the hotel, especially because of its fantastic location right on top of a shopping mall, which made dining and shopping so convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring my needs were met. The swimming pool and gym were well-maintained and allowed me to unwind after a day of exploring. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I could want, creating a perfect retreat.
