I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, as the location was superb, right by the waterfront and within walking distance to popular attractions. The rooftop offered breathtaking views of the bay, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, always ready to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, allowing for easy meal preparation.

We loved the location near the bay and Pier 39. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our suite was clean, well-equipped, and felt spacious even with the sofa bed out. This hotel also offered fun activities like ice cream nights and had easy access to transport services.
