I loved the cleanliness and exquisite hotel facilities, including a fantastic spa and tea house. The breakfast was splendid, with a great variety to choose from, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. Plus, the location couldn't be better, situated right next to Tai Koo Li and offering easy access to popular attractions, including the Chengdu Research Center of Giant Panda Breeding.

The breakfast buffet featured a delightful variety of both Western and Asian dishes, ensuring we started our days right. The location was superb, as we were just a five-minute walk from a subway station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. the staff truly stood out with their warm hospitality, making us feel right at home.

We loved the hotel’s location. It was perfect for exploring luxury brands and traditional street food. The staff, especially Simon, Seven, Doris, and Ricky. They made us feel welcome and ensured our stay was comfortable. The cleanliness throughout the property was impressive, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices.

I had an incredible experience at the hotel, and the location was perfect, right next to TaikooLi and the metro station, making it easy to explore the shopping district. The staff were attentive and genuinely keen to ensure I had a pleasant stay, which made a huge difference. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast; it was both delicious and beautifully presented, setting the tone for my days.
