We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, as the location on a floating island offered stunning views and tranquility. The staff, especially Julio, were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout our visit. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a perfect retreat. The delicious meals and various activities, like kayaking, really enhanced our experience.
