Farmhouse Cooking Class from Marrakech
"A private guide will pick you up from your centrally located hotel or nearby your riad at 9:30am to start the day. Board the air-conditioned vehicle and head out to a farm just outside of Marrakech. There you will be introduced to a local Moroccan cook who will lead you in how to prepare a traditional meal. The main course changes daily with vegetarian or gluten-free options available. Included in the lesson will be how to make side dishes such as bread salad and crepes. As you prepare your meal participate in the famous ""Guess the Spices"" test. In this game you will be given samples of spices that are not yet labeled then you must smell the jars to guess which spice is inside. The winner will be the one who guesses the most correct spices! Once you have finished cooking your meal
