Museum Highlights Guided Day Tour in Addis Ababa
"You will be picked up from your hotel between 8am and 9am. Accompanied by a driver and a local guide you will head to Holy Trinity Cathedral Church; the highest ranking cathedral church in Addis with its own museum and distinct architecture. Entoto Mountain Guided Day Tour from Addis Ababa
"Hotel pick-up is between 7:30am and 8am. Accompanied by a tour guide and driver the trip to Entoto mountain will start at 8am. After a 30 - 45 min drive you will arrive at the bottom of Entoto mountain. a short drive and some light trekking up the mountain will lead you to the historic Entoto Mariam (St. Mary) Church and Museum. From here you will be able to see the vast parts of Addis Ababa from an impressive viewpoint. After exploring the historic church you will head towards King Menelik's palace whose empress founded Addis Ababa. The palace was established when Menelik moved from Ankober to Addis. The palace and museum both testify to the simple taste Emperor Menelik and Empress Taitu had. Moving away from the palace you will be engaged in a long walk towards the historical St. Raguel and St Elias Churches
