Majesty of Jame' 'Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque

This mosque, inaugurated in 1994, is a prominent landmark in Bandar Seri Begawan, representing Brunei's Islamic heritage.

Built to celebrate the sultan's 25th reign anniversary, it stands as Brunei's largest mosque. It features four terrazzo-tiled minarets and 29 golden domes, representing the sultan's position as the 29th ruler. The lavish interior is adorned with intricate details and abundant woven rugs in the men's prayer hall, and a special escalator for the sultan can also be found.
