The Round City: A historical center of power

Established in 1271 by Kublai Khan, The Round City (Tuán Chéng) holds a rich history of imperial significance.

Located near Běihǎi Park, it showcases remnants of Kublai Khan's palace, including a large jade jar from 1265. The Hall of Divine Light houses a 1.5m tall white jade statue of Sakyamuni from Myanmar and features temporary cultural exhibitions.
