Beautiful garden !! Don't miss...
A Chinese garden built in Suzhou style. It's a beautiful example of a harmonious environment and a pleasant place to walk around in the heat.
I love this garden, so I tell more about it in the travelogue.
A nice way to spend a couple of hours, this garden is filled with lotus ponds, winding Chinese bridges, grottoes, and huge shady trees. There's was also a small Chinese art exhibit there when I visited, on display in a former colonial mansion.
Visit the Lou Lim Ieoc Gardens, it was probably one of my favourite places in Macau.
It is very pretty and a nice place to spend some time... I loved the cute little picnic tables and chairs found throughout the gardens, all made with different things - stone, wood etc.
These fantastic traditional Chinese Botanical gardens will make you forget you are in the middle of crowded noisy city. Its a bit off the beaten path but worth a visit.
Lou Lim Iok Garden is an idealised wilderness captured in this Chinese garden of Macau which makes it an enticing escape for relaxation from the city.
