The Third Eye Tips (4)

The Third Eye: Excellent Service

This restaurant in the heart of Thamel can hang with just about any restaurant in Kathmandu. It is next to Yin Yang, is a long running favorite that retains an old Kathmandu flavor. There is a rooftop terrace and the Indian food is to die for; try the butter chicken masala or spaghetti because they are the best in Kathmandu. I loved the place!

Third Eye Restaurant: Classy Thamel Restaurant...

The Third Eye is one of the finest restaurants in Thamel, offering quality Tandoori, Mugali and Continental Dishes. A very traditional feel, good music, and friendly staff.

There's a sit-down section at the front, and a slightly more cultural, but informal section with low tables and cushions at the back.

Favorite Dish Chicken Tika Masala, very nice. My first meal in Kathmandu!

Tandoori dishes are especially good.

The Third Eye: Delicious food.

A good restaurant is The Third Eye.

Favorite Dish I've been here only one time so I don't have a favorite menu. I don't remember what I had but it was really good. The restaurant is not one of the cheapest but the food is real good.
